Many of Our Scriptural works have been thought to have been destroyed by the Evil Salami Thousands of Years ago, However...some have survived and we present them to you here.
The Gospel on the Virgin Dairy As Translated by Rev Muenster Luther String Jr. Chap I (In which Gouda plans)
1. And in those days, much creaminess had been lost to the land, and many who claimed to worship Gouda, in fact served Salami (usually on toothpicks, right next to the Cheddar)
2. So our Lard Gouda decided he must come to Earth, but only the purest Milk would allow him manifest, so he set about to bring the Lactation Virgin Dairy.
3. Now Anna the cow was Barren, and could not give Milk, for Gouda had shut her udders.
4. But nonetheless, faithful Anna Braised the Lard and proclaimed Him with all her Stomachs
5. Gouda saw in this faithful cow a hope of paving the way for the Savor, Cheezus.
Chap II (Anna is Visited upon by the Holey Spirit)
1. Now Anna came to worship at the Dairy Processing Facility, and beg Gouda that her udders be opened, but was turned away, for the scripture says "She who bringeth forth not Lactation is accursed by Gouda"
2. So Anna went into fasting, and fed only on Cud and small dried portions of Brick Cheese
3. And after a month of such fasting, the Holey Spirit (known by some as Swiss) spoke onto her:"Anna, Anna, you have been chosen to bring between me and the people a new smorgasboard, for from your milk shall issue their Lard and Savor"
4. And in that moment Anna's Udders were opened and the Virgin Dairy flowed forth. And Anna braised the Lard mightily, and brought to that Most Creamy City, Goudasalem, to be curdled, and then aged.
Chap III (In Which Dairy reaches her age of Curdling)
1. Now Dairy was raised in a Holey Vat, with other milks who sought to remain as pure as when first lactated, until they were ready to Curdle.
2. And Swiss spoke unto her often, and she vowed she would not be curdled by Man, but only by Gouda himself.
3. The time came when the Milks were to be curdled, and all but Dairy left willing to be bonded to a cheesemaker, and curdleth, and thus loseth their Virginity.
4. But Mary said, I have made a vow, and it is not right for me to leave this Holey Vat.
5. So the Elders where perplexed and asked Gouda for guidance.
Chap IV (The Cheeselog)
1. Our Creamy Lard Gouda spoke unto the Elders, saying "While she shall not be curdled by man, she needs a man to care for her when she is a whey, after her curd has grown to be your Savor"
2. "And the means of choosing of this man shall be this, have all Men of the Tribe of Gorgonzolla bringeth their Cheeselog, and Place it upon the Ark of the Smorgasboard, and one cheese shall reeketh, and the Holey Spirit Swiss shall come upon it in the form of a belch"
3. "The man whose Log this is shall be bonded to Dairy, as Cheesemaker and Lactation, yet she will remain pure, he shall not curdle her"
4. So the Elders called forth all the men of Gorgonzolla, but when placed upon the Ark of the Smorgasboard, none of their logs reeked.
5. So the Elders asked of Gouda, what is this that you have failed us? For are you not the Lard?
6. And Gouda replied, there is one among them who has left his Cheeselog at home, and this is the one I meant.
7. So Neufchatel, of the Tribe of Gorgonzolla, the only one to have not brought his Cheeselog, was betrayed and made to bring it.
8. And his Log did indeed reek, even before it reached the Ark, and a great belch issued forth.
Chap V (The Curdling of Cheezus)
1. Now the Virgin Dairy and Asiago were made Cheesemaker and Lactation, but did not consumate, and she remained pure.
2. And Gouda sent the angel Gay Brie El, to speak to the Virgin Dairy.
3. Gay Brie El told her (As Gouda had commanded) "The Time of Curdling is upon you, for Gouda has brought unto you a curdling without heat or Rennet. Will you accept this most holey charge of Virgin Curdling"
4. Dairy wept, and Exclaimed "Oh yes, Oh yes, all my life has been for this!"
5. And the Holey Spirit Came into Dairy, and she was Curdled, without Heat, or Rennet, the first and only Pure Curdling in all history.
6. She named this Curd Cheezus for it was the Savor, and it Aged into a Creamy and Holey Cheese.
7. And Asiago cared for Mary in her Wheyhood, as Gouda had said. Wheymen.

Thank Gouda for this Being recovered!
Fragments of The Lost Gospel Of Bleu the Ever-hungry Recovered and Translated by Rev Martin Luther String Jr. Chap I
1. In the couagulating there was the the Curd and the Curd was Gouda and the Curd was with Gouda 2. He was in the couagulating with Gouda; 3. All flavors were made though Him and without him was not anything flavored that was flavored. 4. In Him was Gooey Creamy Goodness, and the Gooeyness was the Dairy of men. 5. The Dairy flavors in the salaminess, and the salami has not overcome it.
6. There was a cheese sent from Gouda, and his name was Bleu. He came for testimony, to bear witness to the Gooeyness, that all might taste through him. 8 He was not the Gooeyness, but came to bear witness to the Gooeyness.
9. The true gooeyness that flavors every meal was coming into the world. 10. he was in the world and the world was Flavored through him, but the world tasted him not. 11. He came to his own farm, and his own chefs cooked with him not. 12. But to all who cooked with him, who believd in his taste, he gave power to become the eaters of Gouda 13. Who were fed not of sausage, nor bites of the poultry, but of Dairy
14 And the Curd became Lard and smelt among us, full of taste and goo; we have tasted his flavor, flavor as of the only Cheese from the Lactate. 15 And we know the Curd as Cheezus Chrust, flavor of all the

Chap IV
1. Then Cheezus was led up by the Holey Spirit Swiss into the butcher shop to be tempted by Salami 2. And Cheezus had fasted, for there was naught in the shop which was good to eat. 3. For 40 days and 40 nights he did not eat. 4. Then Salami said to him "if truly you are of Gouda, surely you can turn this meat into bread, and eat of it". 5. But he answered, "Man shall not live by bread alone, for bread is but a crust, atop which the Holey Cheese may be placed, but without the creaminess of Cheese, the bread is as nothing". 6. Then Salami said "If truly you are made of Cheese, can you not melt yourself, and in so doing partake of yourself for sustenence?" 7. And Cheezus said "My time of melting is not at hand, and when I melt I shall melt not for myself, but for all Dairykind". 8. And Salami brought Cheezus atop a great Keilbasa, from which the whole of the Butcher Shop could be seen. 9. And Salami said "Chow Down before me, and all this is yours" 10. And Cheezus said "Begone, Salami! for it is written "YOu shall eat only dairy, and the occasional bread product slathered in dairy, and of course milk choclate, and the occasional marshmallow peep (although I dunno if thats dairy), and sometimes a waffle, and.... well you get the idea"". 11. And Salami left him.
(It is indeed unfortunate Bleu had such great appetite for AGAIN the manscript breaks off)
